Carrot Chips

Ingredients
  • 4 carrots or 1 cup baby carrots
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice carrots into quarters (1/2 if using baby carrots). Coat with olive oil and lightly salt.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn and bake for 5 more minutes (more or less depending on how crispy you like them).
