I’ve noticed a big difference since I started listening to Relax. I’m not as stressed out as I used to be, have a lot more energy, I’m able to shut down the “monkey mind” at night when it’s time to get some sleep and I feel a lot more creative. ?Meditation is also known for slowing down the aging process, reducing anxiety, boosting the immune system, lowering blood pressure, improving digestion and naturally resolving a myriad of health problems.
