I’ve been exercising for the past five weeks doing a workout at home program called Focus T25 with Shaun T. He’s known for Insanity – which I’ve never done and most likely never will. I’m not into extreme anything but I am interested in staying as healthy as I can for as long as?I can.
My grandparents lived to their 90s and one of my grandmothers still lives by herself in my home town. She’ll be 91 next week. I want to stay in my home and be independent for as long as I’m here, and I’m sure you do too.
What I like about this program is the time commitment. ?I have found it very easy to squeeze in 25 minutes of exercise during the day. ?There’s also a woman named Tanya who modifies the whole program so if I don’t feel like pushing myself, I can follow along with her and still get results.
What I’ve noticed since I started is my waistline is shrinking. ?I was a bit surprised by this because it’s not like we do a ton of sit ups. ?My thighs are thinning down too. ?And what I like best is how confident I’m starting to feel in my own skin. ?That has to be the biggest benefit for me.
