Check out this healthy version of ice cream. Freeze bananas ahead of time. You can use whatever flavor of protein powder you like. I like chocolate vegan Shakeology.
1 banana cut into 1-inch coins frozen
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, etc.)
Blend in a high-speed blender or food processor.
If you like the ice cream firmer, put it in the freezer for 10 minutes after blending. Enjoy!
