Healthy Eggnog

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1 tsp. raw almond butter
- 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
- 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg on top and serve with cinnamon stick.
Notes
soak pine nuts for 1/2 hour if time permits to enhance the flavor.
