Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I like vanilla Shakeology or Garden of Life brand)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Substitute 1-2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or cacao nibs for a different taste!
