If you don’t have time to exercise or you don’t like to exercise, you’re in good company. For me personally, I don’t mind exercising. It’s just fitting it in that often?stops me from being consistent.
Which is why I use?Beachbody work out at home fitness?programs. I need the accountability. That’s what works for me.
When I check in to the Facebook group every day, I feel good that I’ve done something that’s key to keeping my stress levels down, my energy up and goes a long way to keeping my hormones balanced. Not to mention keeping the dreaded extra pounds off. Gaining weight is like using a credit card. Easier to get on than off.
