Fitness 911

At the Beachbody conference over the weekend I worked out with some of their top trainers – Tony Horton of P90X, Debbie Seibers from Slim in 6 and Chalene Johnson from Chalean Extreme. Every muscle in my body was aching after four days of intense workouts.Believe it or not, fitness is not at the top of my list when it comes to setting my priorities. ?I don’t mind exercising, but somehow it takes a back seat to everything else on my “to do” list. I start and stop on a regular basis.

So I’m starting again. ?And I’m inviting you to join me. ?Accountability is key for me when it comes to setting goals. ?I’m more likely to work out if I know other people are counting on me to hold them accountable too.

What I love about the Beachbody programs is they’re designed with goals in mind. ?You have a start date and a finish date. ?There’s a schedule to follow and a dietary plan.
