Kick Sleepless Nights to the Curb

Do you have a hard time getting to sleep? Or perhaps you can fall asleep, but wake up between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m. That can be so stressful.

The good news is there are specific essential oils that combat those patterns. Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Vetiver, Bergamot, and blends like Balance, Serenity, Console and Peace are great options for sleepless nights. One thing?these oils all have in common is?they’re floral in nature which induces a?calming and relaxed state.

You can use the oils singly or try a combination to see which are most?beneficial for you. A good night’s sleep?helps with focus, clarity, energy and an overall sense of well being. Our body heals best when it rests.

What I really love about essential oils is they’re safe, non-toxic and economical. They’re also perfectly safe to use around children so if you have a young one who’s having a hard time settling down for the night, this might be just what you’ve been looking for!

Try massaging a few drops of your favorite oil into the bottom of your feet before bedtime or use a diffuser to bring a soothing feeling to your bedroom. You can also add a few drops to a spray bottle filled with water and spritz your pillow and bed sheets. However you decide to use the oils, you can be sure the subtle aroma will help settle even the most restless of sleepers.

Be sure to use use a reputable brand like doTERRA to ensure you get naturally sourced, fair trade, pure essential oils. Synthetic oils won’t help you sleep better and may aggravate certain health conditions.

If you’d like to try a?FREE sample of one of the oils, contact me and I’ll be happy to send it to you.
