Ingredients
  • 3 kale leaves on stalk (can also use romaine lettuce or 1 cup spinach)
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or substitute any non-dairy milk)
  • 1 cup water (less if you like your smoothie thicker)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 5-7 ice cubes
  • protein powder (optional)
Instructions
