It’s a good thing Valentine’s Day happens in the middle of February, because I don’t think there’d be a whole lot of love going around if it weren’t.
Winter is a time of contracting ? our bodies are cold so we tend to bundle up, keep to ourselves and hunker down.
Love, on the other hand, is an expansive force – warm, fiery, all encompassing.
It can be hard to feel all warm and fuzzy inside when it’s so darn cold out.
Be.Well.
