Green are the #1 food missing from most diets. Smoothies are a great way to add more in and boost your health!
Ingredients
  • One small banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 – 3 cups spinach
  • 3 tablespoons hemp protein
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 1 – 2 cups almond milk
  • 4 – 5 ice cubes (more makes it thicker, less thins it out)
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Note: don’t add hemp powder or flax seed first as it could clog the blades.
