Healthy Eggnog

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1 tsp. raw almond butter
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg on top and serve with cinnamon stick.
Notes

soak pine nuts for 1/2 hour if time permits to enhance the flavor.
