Get grounded with this delicious roasted root vegetable dish!
Ingredients
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 large beets
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 parsnips
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut vegetables into one inch chunks. Coat with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Put in a roasting pan and cook at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Enjoy!
