Ingredients
- 3 kale leaves on stalk (can also use romaine lettuce or 1 cup spinach)
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or substitute any non-dairy milk)
- 1 cup water (less if you like your smoothie thicker)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5-7 ice cubes
- protein powder (optional)
