Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 scoop protein powder (I like vanilla Shakeology or Garden of Life brand)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend at high speed until smooth. Substitute 1-2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or cacao nibs for a different taste!
