Naturopathic Consultation

A steady next step for your health.

Sometimes it’s not that you don’t know what to do.

It’s that you’re tired of guessing.

Tired of trying one more thing, only to feel like you’re back at square one.

Tired of holding it together while your body quietly keeps score.

A naturopathic consultation is where we slow down and look at the whole picture—sleep, stress, digestion, hormones, mood, energy, cravings, inflammation, and the pace of your life. Then we build a plan that fits you.

If you’d like to start with a simple conversation first, you can schedule a discovery call here:

Clarity + next steps in one session

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start

People often reach out when they’re dealing with things like:

Anxiety, overwhelm, or feeling “on edge”
Sleep issues (wired at night, tired in the morning)
Fatigue, low motivation, or burnout patterns
Digestive issues (bloating, reflux, constipation, loose stools, food sensitivity patterns)
Headaches, inflammation, or chronic pain
Blood sugar swings, cravings, or stubborn weight changes
Hormonal shifts (PMS, perimenopause/menopause symptoms, libido changes, mood changes)
Feeling off even when things “look fine”
A sense that stress is running the show — and your body is paying the price

You don’t need the perfect words. You just need a willingness to begin.

My approach

Naturopathic medicine is both practical and personal.

We look for root contributors (not just symptom management), and we also pay attention to what’s often missed in conventional care:

the load your nervous system is carrying
your daily rhythms and recovery capacity
how stress is showing up in your body
relationships, boundaries, and emotional strain
the pattern beneath the symptoms

This isn’t about perfection or a rigid protocol.

It’s about building steadier patterns—one step at a time—so your body has a real chance to shift.

What it’s like to work together

1) We start with the full story

I want to understand what you’ve been through, what you’ve tried, what helps, what doesn’t, and what you’re hoping will change.

2) We build a clear, realistic plan

You’ll leave with supportive next steps that are focused, doable, and aligned with your real life (not an imaginary version of you with unlimited time and zero stress).

3) We adjust as your body responds

Healing is rarely linear. Follow-ups are where we refine, simplify, and keep listening to what your body is telling us.

This work can complement your current medical care.

If you’re working with other providers, I’m happy to support you alongside it.

Virtual appointments

All appointments are currently virtual. This works beautifully for naturopathic care and allows us to focus deeply without the stress of travel.

Tools I may draw from

Every plan is individualized. Depending on what you need, we may include:

Food + lifestyle support (without the all-or-nothing mindset)
Nervous system regulation support + stress physiology
Herbal medicine + targeted supplements
Homeopathy
Bach Flower Essences
Hormone rebalancing support
Iridology
Practitioner-guided detox support (gentle and appropriate)

Not ready for full appointments? Start here instead.

There are seasons when you don’t need a full consultation schedule… but you *do* benefit from steady support.

If you’d like a structured, supportive starting point (or you’ve worked with me before and want to reconnect in a simpler way), you might be a great fit for my:

Nervous System Reset Map

A guided, practical framework to help you understand what your nervous system is doing—and begin shifting patterns that affect sleep, digestion, energy, mood, and resilience.

What to Bring and How to Prepare

To make the most of your appointment, here are a few simple ways to prepare:

A current medication + supplement list (photos of labels are totally fine)
A quick timeline of when your main symptoms began and any major stressors/life events around that time
A few notes on your biggest goals (sleep? digestion? mood? hormones? energy?)
If you track anything (sleep, cycle, blood pressure, foods), feel free to share—but don’t start tracking just for this if that feels stressful

The day of your appointment

Eat normally
Bring water
If you can, settle for 5 minutes before we connect (a few slow breaths, feet on the floor, a hand on your chest—anything that helps your system land). It makes a difference.

Most importantly: come as you are. You don’t need to “perform wellness” here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?

I do not bill insurance directly. You may be able to submit for reimbursement depending on your plan. If you’d like to use out-of-network benefits, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking what they require for reimbursement.

HSA/FSA: If you have an HSA or FSA card, you’re welcome to use it for eligible services.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. All appointments are currently virtual.

How long are appointments?

Initial visits are typically longer so we can take a full history and understand the whole picture. Follow-ups are shorter and focused on progress, refinement, and next steps.

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on what’s going on and how long it’s been happening. Some people feel relief quickly. Others need steady support over time. After your first visit, I’ll give you a realistic sense of what I recommend and why.

Do you prescribe medication?

As a naturopathic doctor, my primary tools are nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system support, supplements, herbs, homeopathy, and other natural approaches. If you are on medication, we will take that into account carefully and coordinate with your prescribing clinician when needed.

Will I have to take a lot of supplements?

Not necessarily. My goal is always to keep the plan effective and realistic—not overwhelming. When supplements are used, I aim for the right fit and the simplest approach that still supports results.

What if I’m already working with other providers?

That’s completely fine. This work can complement what you’re already doing. If you’re under medical care, I’m happy to support you alongside it.

I’m overwhelmed. What if I can’t follow a plan perfectly?

You don’t need to. We’ll build something that fits your capacity right now. This is not an all-or-nothing process. Small supports add up—that’s how regulation works.
